1. Scope of the Service

Battlehorns provides digital services focused on gaming communities, including web hosting, subdomain provisioning, control panel access, support tools, and related online resources.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

By using the platform, you confirm that the information associated with your account is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed through it.

3. Cookies and Sessions

Battlehorns uses essential cookies and session data to keep the website secure and functional. Session cookies carry only an identifier, while the related session data is stored server-side and used to maintain your authenticated state. Session cookies are usually temporary and expire when the browser session ends or when the configured lifetime is reached. If you disable cookies, parts of the client area, dashboard, or support tools may not work correctly.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Battlehorns services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including:

• unauthorized access attempts, attacks, scans, or abuse of infrastructure
• content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law
• resource abuse that negatively affects service stability for other users

5. Free Hosting Terms

Free hosting is offered on a limited basis and may be restricted by quota, traffic, storage, database, FTP, and account rules. Availability is not guaranteed permanently, and Battlehorns may modify, suspend, or remove free plans at any time to protect the project and its infrastructure.

6. Subdomains and Provisioning

Requested subdomains are subject to technical validation, naming rules, and availability. Battlehorns may reject, suspend, or reclaim subdomains that are misleading, reserved, abusive, or in conflict with system, administrative, or third-party naming rights.

7. Resource Limits and Quotas

Services may be subject to storage, quota, traffic, database, and FTP limits. Where external control panels display inconsistent values, Battlehorns may rely on internal measurements and the client area as the reference source for actual usage and limits.

8. Availability and Support

Battlehorns aims to keep services available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, upstream provider issues, API failures, or infrastructure events may affect access. Support is provided through the channels made available on the platform, including tickets where applicable.

9. User Content and Backups

You remain fully responsible for the content hosted, uploaded, or transmitted through your service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you are also responsible for maintaining your own backups of files, databases, and related data.

10. Payments and Paid Services

Where paid hosting plans are offered, the applicable price, currency, billing cycle, and plan features are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorised payment partner. By completing a paid order, you authorise recurring charges for the selected plan until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

• checkout and subscription charges are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy; Battlehorns does not store full card details
• paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled with the required notice
• payment history, receipts, checkout status, and subscription details are available in the Billing section of your client area
• failed, declined, or disputed payments may result in suspension until resolved; refunds, if any, follow Lemon Squeezy and applicable law
• promotions, plan prices, taxes, and service availability may change; the conditions shown at the time of order apply to that purchase

11. Cancellation and End of Service

You may request cancellation of a hosting service through the client area. To avoid renewal of a paid subscription for the next billing period, you must submit your cancellation request at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the next renewal date or the end of the current billing cycle shown in your account.

• cancellations requested with less than 15 days notice before renewal may still be processed, but the next billing period may already be due or charged
• after a valid cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period already covered; the service is then terminated and associated resources may be removed
• free hosting may be cancelled at any time from My Services; removal of the subdomain, files, and databases may be immediate or follow operational cleanup
• Battlehorns may terminate services without prior notice in cases of abuse, fraud, legal obligation, or serious breach of these Terms

12. Affiliate Program

If you participate in the affiliate program, commissions may be withheld or revoked in cases of fraud, artificial traffic, self-referrals, abuse, or manipulation of registrations or purchases. Battlehorns may suspend affiliate participation where misuse is detected.

13. Suspension or Termination by Battlehorns

Battlehorns may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services where necessary for security, legal compliance, operational reasons, abuse prevention, unpaid invoices, inactivity on free plans, or violations of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battlehorns is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of data, third-party outages, API failures, DNS issues, provider-side incidents, or consequences arising from the misuse of an account or credentials.

15. Changes to These Terms

Battlehorns may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
